Our standard delivery charge is £1.50 (€1.50) for orders up to 4 packets.
Delivery is FREE on orders of 5 packets or more.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship outside of Europe. Should you wish to place an order with Linwoods Health Foods, please e-mail email@example.com with details of your order request and your location.
All orders received before 2pm will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. Where this is not possible, it will be dispatched from us the following working day. Although we dispatch our orders on a 48 hour service, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
No Question, 7-day Returns
Linwoods Health Foods offers a full refund on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer’s receipt of goods.
Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Linwoods Health Foods will replace any faulty item with the same product within the first 30 days. This includes all costs associated with delivery and return of the faulty product. Goods should be returned as per our Returns Procedure.
Damaged in Delivery
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual Returns Procedure.
In the unlikely event that the content of your order has been delivered incorrectly, we ask that you notify us at email@example.com within 7 days.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your ‘LIN’ order number in all correspondence. A member of our team will reply within a maximum of 2 working days and advise you how to proceed with your return.

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.
Please note, this is the only means by which an item can be returned to Linwoods Health Foods.
