Tasty Greek Lemon and Thyme Tagliatelle (serves 4)
Ingredients
60g/2oz of Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts and Co-Enzyme Q10
100G Low Fat Soft Cheese
150g of Greek Style Yogurt
4 Finely Chopped Spring Onions
2 Tbsp of Chopped Fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp finely grated Lemon Zest
150g Tagliatelle
Method
- Mix the low fat soft cheese with the Greek style yogurt.
- Add the spring onions to this mix, along with the thyme and grated lemon zest.
- Cook the Tagliatelle until tender and drain off the remaining water. Stir the cheese mixture through the pasta, adding in 60g of Linwoods Ground Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil nuts, Walnuts and Co-Enzyme Q10 mix.
- Garnish with mint and serve hot with some crusty bread.
